Milestone originates first and second mortgages on commercial, residential non-owner occupied, and owner-occupied (business purpose) properties throughout California, with a higher concentration of loans in the San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in helping that do not qualify for conventional financing. These mortgage loans typically range from 55%-65% loan to value. Our office is in Los Altos, California, just south of Stanford University. We welcome potential investors to visit us by appointment.
Milestone retains all original loan files in our office and services all loans in house. Investors participate in all income from the loans under our operating agreement. Investors receive distributions quarterly with a detailed income/expense statement. Will and Carolyn Stuart are the managers of Milestone and have a combined 70+ years in lending, law and real estate brokerage.
