Milestone Financial LLC was founded in 2007 as a wholesale real estate lender serving the Western U.S. with emphasis in California. We are a direct lender and fund our private loans and purchases with in-house capital raised from a pool of high net worth investors. As a licensed California Finance Lender, Milestone Financial LLC works primarily through licensed brokers, providing needed funds for hard-to-qualify borrowers and projects. Milestone Financial LLC has been consistently profitable since its inception, generating high yields and quarterly distributions for its investors from the points, interest, and fees collected from its borrowers. ZOË HAMILTON

BROKER RELATIONS

Zoë Hamilton joined Milestone Financial LLC in 2012 and oversees all loan-related processing and funding as well as managing direct broker relations. Zoë has extensive experience in the mortgage banking industry, deep knowledge of loan application processing, and a keen skill for coordinating teams of high-performing loan officers. Her personable and professional approach has helped Milestone Financial LLC successfully establish numerous long-term broker relationships, generating significant repeat business and referrals. Zoë has a BA in psychology from California State University, Long Beach.

WILLIAM R. STUART

FOUNDER & MANAGING PRINCIPAL

William (“Will”) Stuart has been in the real estate lending and brokerage business for more than 35 years. Prior to founding Milestone Financial LLC, Will was a vice president at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Services, the nation’s largest investment brokerage firm. Will has extensive brokerage, lending, and ownership experience in numerous types of real estate, including office, retail, industrial, apartments, single family, mobile home parks, and raw land development. Will has extensive experience in loan originations, escrows, exchanges, title abstracts, title insurance, and environmental compliance. Will has personally closed over 1000 transactions involving all forms of real estate and real estate loans throughout the Western U.S., with emphasis in California.

As managing principal of Milestone Financial LLC, Will manages the success of the overall business, from raising investor capital to personally approving all loans and purchases. Will’s keen business acumen and extensive real estate experience have made Milestone Financial LLC consistently profitable every quarter for more than 10 years, generating consistently high yields with low risk for its investors. Will has a BA in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He has been a licensed real estate agent since 1987, CalBRE #00908287.

JILL BIBO

Jill Bibo joined Milestone Financial LLC in 2022 in the role of Loan and Property Management Coordinator.  She supports our loan servicing, broker relations, manages a series of real estate projects for the company as well as our marketing. Jill brings more than 20 years of experience in mortgage and retail banking to Milestone Financial LLC. Jill has a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Chico with an emphasis in Accounting.
