The real property securing the loan is not currently or intended to be occupied by the borrower.

DISCLOSURE AND LOAN REQUIREMENTS

As a licensed wholesale real estate lender, Milestone Financial works exclusively through licensed CalBRE’s. Borrowers must sign a loan purpose affidavit which certifies and warrants that any loan provided by Milestone Financial through said broker is secured by said real property, is held for investment purposes and is not currently or intended to be occupied by said borrower. Borrowers must certify and warrant that the proceeds of said loan is or shall be for either business, commercial or investment purposes, and shall not be used primarily for agricultural, farming, personal, family, household or other consumer purposes. Further, any debts, mortgages, costs, which may be paid from said loan proceeds, shall be solely in connection with such business, commercial or investment purposes and not in connection with any agricultural, farming, personal, family, household or other consumer purposes. Borrowers understand that said broker and lender shall each rely upon and accept as true the representations made in the loan purpose affidavit. Each such representation shall be conclusively presumed to have been relied on by said broker and lender, regardless of any investigation made or information possessed by said broker and/or lender. Each warranty, representation and agreement contained in this affidavit are true and correct on the date signed and shall be automatically deemed repeated and reaffirmed on the closing and funding of said secured loan.
Copies of this loan purpose affidavit are available upon request by designated broker for review by prospective borrowers and/or their designated legal counsel.
